Nigeria!!!
The president said the situation was temporary and with the issue of payment being addressed by his government, fuel queues would disappear.
Jonathan gave the assurance while featuring on Kakaaki, a breakfast programme of the African Independent Television, AIT, in Abuja.
“For the fuel scarcity, we are doing everything humanly possible to ensure it is taken care of. It is very temporary. Of course, there are issues of payment being addressed and we believe that within one or two days, this will completely go”, President Jonathan assured.
He, however, warned that the situation might rear its ugly head again if Nigeria does not start refining its crude oil locally.
He said it had remained the belief of his administration that if the country continues to export raw materials, it will be exporting jobs.
